Spirit Jam Drum Circle at CAMP and Find Your Drum Voice - THIS WEEKEND


Spirit Jam Drum Circle at C.A.M.P. (Community Arts and Movement Project)

Next Date: Friday, August 14th, 2015, 7:30-10:00pm. 

LOCATION: 3026 Cherokee Street, St. Louis, MO 63118. In the "movement" room on the first floor. 

Join us for an intentional drum circle at C.A.M.P. where community is coming together to make positive change in the world.

Enjoy some drumming fun while we raise our vibration towards a heart centered reality and peace. We're in the "movement room" on the first floor. Enter at the corner of Cherokee and Minnesota.  Please bring your drums, rattles and other percussion instruments and we have a few extra as well.

Your $5 donation is very much appreciated! This covers space rental and operation costs.

Find Your Drum Voice ~ Djembe Drum Class and Rhythm Circle
When: Saturday, August 15th, 2015 from 2:00-3:30pm 

Where: Center for Spiritual Living, St. Louis MO, 12875 Fee Fee Rd, St. Louis 63146
Come enjoy a beautiful summer afternoon while learning to play djembe with Stephanie and Matt of Earth Rhythms Healing. We will teach timing, rhythm and will review hand positions, exercises to assist with right and left hand balance, breathing techniques and the history, spiritual and consciousness expanding significance of the drum. Bring your djembe if you have one, if not, we’ll have some extras. This will be informative & lots of fun! 
(We’ll be outside in the shade unless it’s raining, then we’ll be in Scott Hall)
